Before my mom eye operation at Agrawal Hospital I was worried about the process. Mrs. Grace took charge of my case and walked me through it. She coordinated with the doctors, fixed my surgery slot quickly, and checked on me even after I went home. She treats patients like family. Because of her support, the whole experience felt safe and hassle-free. If you’re going to Agrawal Hospital,Triplicane, Mrs. Grace is the person you want guiding you. But the operation part is very worst at Alwarpet branch. Hectic crowds like fish market.. No chairs for sitting literally all patients and attendees are playing musical chair for place.. Very very worst experience at Alwarpet branch pls don't plan for Alwarpet branch
