We stayed in this hotel for 15 days and it was a very wonderful experience. The ambiance, the surroundings and especially the food was very good. Rooms were clean and well maintained, the house keeping staff (Miss Pooja and Mr. Bangi) and cafeteria serving staff was very supportive and helpful. Overall location of hotel is very prime for both business/family stay. All in all the staff is well trained and courteous. Highly recommended 👍
Absolutely Horrible & Invasive Experience I had a terrible and extremely disturbing experience at IBIS Bengaluru City Centre. This was by far one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. The most shocking part was the complete lack of privacy. The staff knocked on my door, and within barely few knocks, before I could respond (I was occupied at that moment), they used their master key and opened the door themselves. This is absolutely unacceptable. A guest could be sleeping, in the washroom, changing, or in any private situation. What gives the staff the right to enter a room without permission? To make matters worse, this happened over something as trivial as an extra towel request, which had already been delivered earlier. Another staff member came again claiming there was a request (which I never made), opened the door, and stood inside the room without basic etiquette. I had to explicitly tell him to just drop the towel and leave. The audacity and lack of professionalism were shocking. There is ZERO privacy in this hotel. If you value your personal space and safety, do not stay here. Staff using master keys to enter occupied rooms without consent is a serious violation of guest trust. Now coming to the food, completely overpriced and not worth it at all. I paid over ₹900+ for a club chicken sandwich, and it was rubbery, barely chewable, and tasted stale. It was nowhere near fresh or worth the money. The only positive thing I can say is that the room was clean. But cleanliness alone cannot compensate for the invasion of privacy and terrible service. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Privacy is a basic right, and this property clearly does not respect it.
I would like to appreciate the hospitality and housekeeping team for their exceptional service and professionalism. The overall experience was extremely pleasant, and the standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and attention to detail were consistently impressive. A special mention to the Housekeeping Manager, Divya Pandem, for her excellent leadership and hands-on approach. Her dedication truly reflects in the efficiency and warmth of her team. I would also like to commend Munmuni and the entire housekeeping staff for their prompt support, courteous behavior, and commitment to maintaining high service standards. Thank you to Divya and her team for creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. Keep up the great work!
