I visited the hospital for a teeth alignment consultation and was expecting to consult Dr. Surbhi. However, I was attended by Dr. Shukla instead. The consultation was not satisfactory. There was no detailed discussion about the braces treatment plan, available options, duration, costs, or the overall process. Additionally, no 3D scan was performed. Overall, I felt that insufficient information was provided about the treatment, and the consultation did not meet my expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Dr. Shukla for a teeth alignment consultation.
It was a great experience overall. The dentist was very efficient, explained the entire procedure clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Everything went smoothly and the staff was also very supportive.
