The buffet was below average with very limited options in the main course. The food taste was not up to the mark. The starters, especially the paneer, were very hard and not enjoyable. The daal makhani lacked flavour, and the steamed rice was also disappointing as it was completely watery. There was no buffet menu available, so guests had to walk around and check the options themselves. Service was quite slow despite having adequate staff basic observations and guest requests were delayed. Table clearance also took a long time. I also noticed inconsistency in service finger bowls were served to some tables but not to all. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations associated with JW Marriott
A week of pure indulgence at @JWPune! 🥂 Spice Kitchen became my second home, thanks to its incredible delicacies and an even better team. Huge shoutout to Rajan, Prakrithi, Somnath, Pavan, and Bhaskar for the world-class service, and to Chef Jaspal Singh for the unforgettable flavors. If you’re a food lover in Pune, this is a must-visit. Five-star hospitality at its finest! ✨
The only reason I dropped a star was due to the kitchen staff at the Indian station completely forgetting a request for a single Naan bread (which is included in the buffet). Food is of good quality and plentiful.
