My post is mainly regarding their proactiveness and service. The rooms are excellent, no question in that. But let me tell you the incident I faced. I booked the hotel since I was attending a conference nearby. One day in the morning, when I was in the loo, both the electricity and water went off. After great difficulty, the water came back but not electricity. While contacting front desk they were constantly saying it will come back in 10 mins and all. Finally, I had to go the conference without taking shower. There was no update on the electricity during the whole day. Upon asking in the evening, they told that some major failure happened. What I understood is they are not even ready for emergency situation. Getting water as well as electricity off in a four star hotel is not at all acceptable. Moreover, the front desk person Varad is full of promise but no action. They really need to ramp up a lot in service.
The wifi goes off for 15-20 minutes everyday (some server reset!!) Aglio Olio will be cooked like it’s Pulao. Stay at your own perio
Overall a good stay, rooms are very nice which you can't predict looking the hotel from outside and lobby area.
