I recently serviced my Ford EcoSport here. The overall service experience was excellent and the staff were very supportive. They recorded and shared updates for every work done, which made the whole process transparent and trustworthy. Since I was unavailable to pick up the vehicle, they even delivered my car to my home without any delay. They were very supportive and handled everything according to my convenience. Really happy with the service.
I had an excellent experience with the Tweak7 service center and would like to sincerely thank their entire team for their honest and professional work. I recently got my 2007 Honda City ZX, serviced there, and I was truly impressed with their expertise and commitment to resolving the issues effectively. My main issue was an intermittent engine overheating warning. There was no fixed pattern—it would sometimes occur in the middle of traffic and sometimes shortly after turning on the AC. This made the problem very difficult to diagnose. I had already tried getting it repaired at a couple of other mechanics, but none of their solutions worked, and the issue kept coming back. Eventually, I came to know about Tweak7 and decided to give it a try. When I explained the issue, Mr. Ranjit was very honest and transparent. He clearly mentioned that since the problem was intermittent and had no consistent pattern, they would try certain solutions based on their technical expertise, but he did not overcommit or make unrealistic promises. I really appreciated this honesty and professionalism. Throughout the servicing process, they kept me informed by sharing timely photos and videos of the repairs being carried out, which gave me confidence and transparency. After the service, I traveled out of the city and have driven almost 2000 km over the past two months. I am very happy to say that the overheating warning has not appeared even once since then. Most importantly, they charged a very reasonable amount, unlike many branded service centers that tend to be quite expensive without guaranteeing results. Overall, it has been an extremely positive experience with Tweak7 and their staff. I truly appreciate their honesty, technical expertise, and customer-focused approach. I would strongly recommend Tweak7 to other car owners looking for reliable and trustworthy service. Thank you, Tweak7 team, for your honest and excellent work. Please keep up the good work
I was searching for a good place in Bangalore to get Suspension overhaul done for Honda Jazz. The car is 8 years old and ran 72000km. With lot of searches in Google I found this place and decided to go here. My car was making noise from suspension parts drive shaft and steering rack due to regular use of car over bad roads. The noise source is explained by the garage after the inspection. I just knew it is from parts around suspension before going there. The car was serviced to the expected condition and it is very quiet now over uneven and bad roads. The ride feels like a new car now. I would tell Tweak7 did a great job. They know their job. They inspected the car very well and did the job needed. The over all cost for full suspension overhaul which needed replacing almost all parts of suspension, drive shaft servicing, steering rack and pinion servicing, and break calliper replacement was 65000. They give one year warranty for the Job done. I will update here about the quality of their work after long use. As of now I am very happy about the work done and I would suggest the garage to anyone who needs servicing their ride.
