They said we are upgrading your room and gave a room which is too small. Blankets were kept in wardrobe, when asked for iron & iron board they don't have. In room there was no switch to turn off one light above bed. Which was really bad. Dinner spread was good, staff was a bit helpful during checkin
I only visited the basement hall of this hotel, that is for parties, the hall was good and elegant although there were some problems too, like at a place water was leaking but they fixed it on complaint. Washroom was clean and infrastructure was good but i don't know how to say it, the design was horrible. Since, i am a boy so i don't know about girls washroom but men's washroom was horrible in desgin.
My stay was truly excellent. The hotel offers outstanding hospitality, well-maintained rooms, and prompt service. The staff is professional and always ready to help. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth. I will definitely visit again
