However, during our emergency situation, the way the staff understood the urgency and handled everything with compassion truly touched our hearts. The customer care team was extremely empathetic, patient, and supportive. Being a first-time patient attender, we were naturally anxious, but their calm behavior, clear guidance, and reassuring words made us feel comfortable and cared for. Despite the ECHS process, they tried their best to avoid unnecessary delay and ensured the patient was attended to with priority considering the condition. My mother recently underwent a TAVI procedure for her heart valve replacement with Dr Joy Shome at BM Birla. From the very first consultation through to discharge, our experience was excellent.
