Had a wonderful experience at Rurban Resort. The resort has a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere with clean and well-maintained rooms. The staff was very polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The food was delicious and the service was quick. The greenery and overall ambiance make it a perfect place to spend quality time with family and friends. Highly recommended for weekend getaways, parties, and small events. Looking forward to visiting again! 😊

I think negative rating will be the best for the resort. Can't explain what a horrible experience I have to face . It was very worst experience All the staff members were very rude and non cooperative. Will not recommend to anyone think twice before visiting this resort Wifi-not available even your mobile network will not work properly No activities available only two or three activities are there just for the name sake Food quality is worst(repeated things in lunch and dinner with low standards) For room service you have to wait for atleast 20 minutes no one will listen you.

The resort is easily accessible and surrounded by a pleasant, well-maintained environment, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hospitality was excellent—the staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The food was tasty and served on time, and all arrangements were handled smoothly. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Bhuwan Joshi, who managed our day outing arrangements. Their coordination, friendly attitude, and prompt support made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. They ensured everything went as planned and personally checked that we were comfortable throughout the day. Overall, the management was professional and well-organized, making this a memorable experience for our group.
