The facility is well-equipped, clean and professionally managed. I enrolled in personal training and the experience has been consistently excellent. The trainers are knowledgeable, attentive, and tailor sessions to individual goals. I particularly appreciate the personal attention and structured progress monitoring system. Joined the gym in November with a previous ACL Grade-2 injury, and honestly, I wasn’t sure how much I’d be able to push myself again. Around 2 months later, I can confidently say the progress has changed how I look at training and my body. In ~8 weeks: I safely returned to compound lifts 40 kg dumbbell sumo squat 45 kg deadlift 50 kg leg extension Pull-ups currently in progress with a resistance band 1-minute dead hang Battle ropes: 30 sec × 3 sets Full functional sessions, completely pain-free What I really appreciate about training with Parikshit is how structured and thoughtful the sessions are. Form is always prioritised, loads are progressed sensibly, and everything is adapted to where you’re at — which matters a lot when you’re coming back from an injury. One honest thing I’ve learnt along the way: a trainer can guide you, but the effort outside the gym is on you. Diet, sleep, consistency, and showing up daily make a huge difference. Once I took that seriously, the results started showing up. This training hasn’t just improved my strength and endurance — it’s given me confidence in my body again. I’d genuinely recommend Parikshit to anyone who wants safe, disciplined training and is willing to put in the work for real, long-term results.
