The best ice creams in Bombay in my book. Incredibly creamy mouthfeel, and with the crispy waffle cone, it's a perfect match. The ice cream shakes are the height of delicious decadence. Loved by every friend I have taken there. I wish the coffee walnut would be available all the time, though!
Very disappointed with the service at the Santacruz outlet. The staff member, Kishan, was extremely RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL . While I understand hygiene concerns about the ice cream display case, there is no notice informing customers, and the way it was communicated by Kishan was totally unacceptable and very disrespectful . I wouldn’t talk to anyone in that tone. Secondly, even after telling him 4–5 times that I wanted to taste a flavor, he kept responding rudely instead of assisting properly. We’ve been loyal customers for 30 years, but this experience makes us reconsider coming back.
Great ice-cream parlor in Santa Cruz. Tons of ice-cream flavors to choose from. My relatives favor this shop all the time for their ice-cream cravings. Pretty solid flavors to say. Definitely try it out.
