Pros

  • Experienced in creating attractive bouquet designs
  • Long-established business with decade-plus history

Cons

  • Frequent issues with flowers arriving wilted or drooping quickly
  • Poor delivery coordination and communication
  • Inconsistent customer service and difficulty with order modifications

I have been receiving gifts, cakes, flower bouquets and plants from FNP that my daughter has been ordering for us for the past couple of years. They have been deteriorating in quality and I am very disappointed by their service. The flowers wither overnight and start to droop. The colored ones are worse and the supposed to be fresh ones are not fresh when it’s delivered. Someone has suggested another online option which I plan on using going forward. Please don’t order from FNP if you can. The service is terrible.

Extremely Disappointed with FNP Chennai – Terrible Service & Zero Accountability Order# 67046423 I had one of the most disappointing experiences with Ferns N Petals (Chennai). I had placed an order for a flower bouquet to be delivered to a hospital between 1 PM and 5 PM for a dear friend who had just given birth. At 1:30 PM, recipient got a call for delivery, but couldn’t answer as he was in a meeting. A female agent called me soon after and assured me that someone from their team would reach out to help reschedule within the same time slot (1–5 PM). I waited patiently — but no one called me back. By 5:30 PM, I had to call them myself, only to be met with a male agent who was dismissive and unhelpful. There was no apology or even basic acknowledgment that I had been given wrong information. Instead, he said he needed to “check” the recording if what I said was true — essentially questioning my credibility, which was both insulting and unnecessary. He then informed me that delivery could not be made today, even though I had placed the order well in advance. To make matters worse, the recipient was getting discharged the same night, making the delivery pointless. I explained that this was their failure and requested a fix, but there was zero willingness to help. To top it off, the call got disconnected, and the agent didn’t even bother to call back. I then reached out via chat and was connected to Nitin, who was at least polite, patient, and genuinely tried to help within his limits. I appreciate his effort — but one good agent doesn’t undo the larger systemic failure and lack of accountability in their process. FNP also does not allow cancellations, even when the delay is entirely their fault. So now, they plan to deliver flowers to a hospital room that will be vacant the next day, and I have no option to cancel or get a refund. This experience has been beyond frustrating. False promises, poor communication, lack of empathy, and zero ownership. I will never recommend FNP to anyone looking for reliable same-day delivery or customer support that actually cares.

We have been FNP customer for more than a decade now. Every time we come for flower bouquets and they don’t disappoint rather they will beat your expectation by the way they design. Most of the florist don’t have the flowers that FNP has. The staff and owner are courteous and willing to listen to our suggestions. Little pricey Pls do visit and share your feedback.
