I have been doing yoga at R S Yoga for quite a few years now. Ritesh Sir has a great understanding of the science behind yoga. It’s not just about performing asanas, but about doing them in the right manner for maximum benefit. I absolutely love starting my day with yoga here. There is a good variety of exercises in every class, focusing on building stamina, core strength, flexibility, and overall balance. He uses different props and keeps the sessions engaging and interesting. The workouts are innovative, with creative variations of asanas that challenge you while still being safe and effective. Overall, it’s a very enriching and motivating experience, and I highly recommend R S Yoga to anyone looking to practice yoga the right way.
