Worst guys never ever order from wellness I order medicine for my husband 7 hours past not delivered medicine so I call customer care he call the outlet he dint and call and second time staff cut the call no one was there to revert back why this not delivered pls i request everyone dnt ever order medicine from this outlet patient will happen something so be careful it matter of patients life which wellness forever dnt care u can check the review for this outlet worst experience dnt play with ur health
Worst experience - they just don’t care about your order or delivery despite it being delayed for a week. When I tried following up with their staff, they stopped answering my calls and cut my calls.
Worst experience!! Had ordered Asthalin inhaler and a biscuit packet at 8.55 am and did not arrive for 3 hrs even after calling them and being committed by them that they would send it by 10.30 am but all in vain. Even going to Lonavala takes lesser time than what they take to deliver medicines inspite of being few buildings away from the store. A person may die waiting for the medicines from here but will arrive at their own convenience. Never ordering anything from here again !!!
