I came to Kaya clinic because of all the great reviews, and they were all right! Manisha shah is not only lovely, but an absolute pro - I was a little nervous going into my treatment but she instantly put me at ease and the results from my course of treatment have been brilliant. I highly recommend her. I'm just on the 2nd session and it is going well :) The dermatologist explained the procedure clearly and ensured that the treatment was tailored to suit my skin type. The clinic is clean, hygienic, and equipped with advanced technology. I’m very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Kaya Clinic to anyone looking for safe and effective laser hair removal.

Extremely unprofessional and misleading experience at Kaya Clinic. I booked and paid ₹750 specifically for a dermatologist consultation. However, when I visited the clinic, I was told that no dermatologist was available. Instead, a non-doctor staff member/manager attended me and shared very basic, generic information that anyone can find on Google. I was not informed in advance about the doctor’s unavailability, yet the full consultation fee was charged. The entire interaction felt more like a sales pitch for products, with products already prepared, rather than a genuine medical consultation. Charging patients for a dermatologist consultation when no dermatologist is present is misrepresentation of services. Despite raising a formal complaint via email, I have not received any response or refund so far. Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to confirm doctor availability in writing before making any payment.
