Eya Lifestyle is a place that truly focuses on complete well-being. I am training under the guidance of Ena for more than 3 years now, the experience feels personal, motivating, and positive. Over these years, I have learnt so much about the basic lifestyle choices and importance of everyday body movement. Like many women, I also came here for postpartum weight loss. There focus is not on crash diets or unrealistic transformations, but on building healthy habits, improving strength, boosting energy levels, and creating long-term wellness. I also had a long history of lower back pain. I was on heavy medication but working out under the guidance of Ena, it has been resolved. A loud applause to Khushboo and Muskaan who are designing the group sessions so thoughtfully to improve the overall physical and mental health. If someone is looking for a place that genuinely cares about overall health and lifestyle improvement rather than just numbers on the weighing scale, Eya Lifestyle is definitely a great choice.
I attend both yoga and Pilates classes here. The balance of strength and flexibility is excellent. Ena & khushboo are excellent trainers. They understand and focus deeply on the body targeting muscles, ligaments, tendons & joints. Their approach is more holistic & sustainable which is long term & not going by traditional approach of weight loss
