Craft Coffee Experience Centre - Ballygunge

Went there to celebrate a birthday and had a good experience. Loved the place and the ambience. The open roof top and the glass house is amazing. One should try to go in the evening and late afternoons to experience the ambience and the beautiful lighting. Their food is really good. We loved the chicken roulade and chicken breast in red wine. The tiramisu is a must try. Loved the food and the ambience. It's a bit expensive but a good experience.

We went to this place after seeing so may good reviews..but now we regret out decision 1. AC was not working near the table where we were made to sit. Only 2 AC were functional as it seemed so for around 15-20 people 2. The food was not at all worth the price, chicken pasta was priced at INR 610…neither the quantity nor the taste was good. 3. Not at all worth the hype as it seems on social media / maps The ONLY good thing about this place was the staff’s behaviour..starting from the security guard to the waiter..everyone had a good smile and very polite behaviour towards the customer.

So I went to Craft Coffee Experience with my mother, and oh my god, for my first time there, the experience was so good. I couldn’t even take ambience pictures but trust me, the place looks amazing , so warm, so aesthetic. Perfect for birthdays, engagements, small celebrations, literally any kind of gathering. Such a vibe. I actually went for dessert and beverages, so I ordered the Biscoff cheesecake and a green apple mojito. The cheesecake quantity was really good for the price, and the sugar level was just right. not too sweet, not too bland. Anyone can enjoy it. And the taste… voila, I loved it. Now the mojito… I swear I’ve never had such a refreshing green apple mojito in my life. No artificial colour, no weird taste. Just clean, refreshing, perfect. Very very very good. Overall, such a lovely experience. I’m definitely going back!
