I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Taj Club House. From the moment I arrived, the reception and welcome were impeccable—truly setting the tone for a great experience. The food was equally fantastic, and every aspect of the stay reflected the high standards Taj is known for. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. I had accidentally left behind one of my belongings, and when I called, Yabesh promptly assisted me. He not only located the item quickly but also kept me updated and ensured it was couriered to me without any hassle. This level of care and responsiveness is truly commendable. Hello, my name is Vinil and recently I had the pleasure of staying at the Taj Club House with my friends. I must admit, I was a bit unsure about how we could all stay together, but unfortunately, it wasn't feasible. Fortunately, the front desk manager, Mr. Imran, came to our rescue and offered us a fantastic deal on a luxurious suite where we could all be accommodated. Mr. Imran went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and was truly an excellent guide throughout our stay. Thanks to him, we had a fantastic experience at the Taj Club House. I must also mention that the food and service staff were outstanding and treated us with utmost politeness. I highly recommend the Taj Club House to people of all ages and families. My overall rating for this hotel would be 9 out of 10. Thank you, Taj Club House, for a memorable stay.
