Very bad service, rude staff, don't go buy anything. Today I went to your medical store to buy a medicine used in a steam inhalation machine for cold and cough. Since I didn't know the exact name of the medicine, I politely asked your staff for help. Instead of guiding me properly, your staff behaved in a rude, disrespectful and extremely unprofessional manner. Even before I could show them the picture of the medicine on my mobile phone, the staff brought the medicine and said in a derogatory tone, "I've told you this four times." Such language and attitude towards customers is completely unacceptable. We go to your store to buy medicines by paying, not to act like we are asking for something for free. The staff member in question is currently working the night shift. I could have replied to him in the same manner, but I decided not to, because I believe in maintaining my dignity and values. However, such behavior reflects very badly on your organization. From now on, neither I nor my family will visit your medical store again. We will definitely share our experiences with others.

Very poor response from the team. Messages on WhatsApp are replied to only after 4–5 hours, and calls are not picked up easily—you have to call 3–4 times before they answer. They also commit to delivery within 2 hours but fail to deliver on time. Overall, the service is disappointing and unprofessional. Needs major improvement in communication and punctuality.

My recent visit to Fc road,Shivajinagar,Pune branch, the staff behaved unprofessionally and were not attentive to customers.They were rude in communication and took a long time to respond, which caused inconvenience. Proper and respectful assistance is expected , please ensure better customer service in future!!!
