I had a very pleasant experience at P. H.Diagnostic Centre. The staff was professional, polite, and followed hygiene protocols strictly. The testing process was smooth and well-organized, with minimal waiting time. The report was delivered on time which was very convenient. A special thanks to Mr. Nitin Choudhari for him support and assistance. The facility was clean and well-organized, and I really appreciated the prompt service and clear communication.
P H Diagnostics has been & continue to be one of the most reliable Diagnostic labs in Pune, where the results we found satisfactory. The Staffs are very patient, with happy to serve attitude, & *very prompt as far as maintaining timings as required by the patient & technically required. Specially Mr. Nitin Chaudhari is very very prompt in Keeping up the timing & specially communication skill is great for assigned tests...* I wish Nitin Chaudhari All the best & may his future be as bright as his smile. One thing i would like to mention Though i lost my only son to Covid-19, Mr. Nitin never shy away or never delay in attending calls for tests...
I have been using services of Vijaya P. H. Diagnostics since its inception, and my experience has been excellent - both at their centre and through their services. Nitin Choudhari, who has been attend for several years for registration , is one of the finest receptionist I have come across. He is pleasant, knowledgeable, and exceptionally skilled, and most importantly, he truly understands what customer care means. The quality, reliability, and professionalism of Vijaya PH Diagnostics have always been impressive. I would, however, suggest reviewing the pricing structure, as it feels slightly on the higher side. It would also be very beneficial if Vijaya Diagnostics could offer annual consolidated health reports in Excel format — summarizing all tests done during the year with comparative trends, which would help both patients and doctors monitor health progress effectively.
