I had a horrible experience at Leon Burger. I found a live insect inside my burger, and it was actually roaming around inside the package. It was extremely disgusting and completely unacceptable. What made it worse was the manager’s attitude. There was no apology, no concern, and no effort to handle the situation properly. Basic hygiene and customer service standards were clearly missing. I will definitely not be ordering again. Very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone. And also I’ll ask for everyone to check the burger before you eat
Food is good. Peri peri chicken wings was awesome. Much better than L& T mall's KFC.People worried about Halal meat,the place displayed a 'Halal certificate '.All the staff are co operative, specially the person at the billing counter was kind & listened patiently.Not much rush,good food at reasonable price
