This review is for Trivial Chapter as they have this place as their company location on the official website. I had enrolled with Trivial Chapter in Sept 2024 for their “European Residency Program,” paying ₹50,000 as the first installment for job placement and visa assistance in Italy. Despite their promise of results within 3–6 months, no service or progress was ever provided — no job offer, no visa support, and very poor communication throughout. After months of follow-ups, I filed a Consumer Court complaint in Mysuru. During the hearing on 28 Oct 2025, their lawyer agreed before the Hon’ble Commission to refund ₹50,000 in full, which I accepted. However, after I signed the settlement document and emailed it back, they refused to release the refund, claiming I must agree to delete or withdraw my reviews — a condition never mentioned in court. When I clarified this in writing, they replied that the refund would be “on hold” unless I complied. Their conduct — failing to deliver services, ignoring communications, and later imposing unfair conditions after a court-recorded settlement — reflects extremely unprofessional and unethical business practices. 91 Spring board team really maintained the work spaces and all other facilities great. Cafe day coffee machines are kept at each floor and made sure always ready to have coffee or tea, well stocked up. Pets are allowed and I like that concept. Reachable place from metro station, ease access to bus stop, hotels, shopping.

The coworking space is affordable compared to others in this area. Been here for more than 9 years. Parking is somewhat scares And the building is little aged but maintenance is fine. It's not like other Coworking which is expensive and the facilities are fancy. This is pretty standard
