So sad the see this sri mithai quality going down the drain When it opened newly we lived in Bessie and used to frequent it often. For old times sake we stopped today as we drove past to have dahi bhallas. What we got were dried up rocks with sweet curd and chutney on top. The manager was called and he looked at us bewildered....as if we were speaking in a foreign language. And he was trying to remake the bhallas again...with the same rocks??? And we asked for a refund...anither manager type comes and says this is perfectly good bhalla and they have had no complaints. Oh wow! Sad...unfortunate...we walked away leaving the rs 200 behind. Charity. Go to Surya sweets or a2b or sangeeta and taste the thayir vadais! You will understand quality and softness!

A cockroach was found in the French fries we ordered, and what followed was even worse than the incident itself. Not a single staff member was willing to take responsibility. Instead, they kept passing us from one person to another, making us repeat the same complaint and wait for nearly 20–30 minutes — clearly hoping we would get tired and just leave. They offered compensation, but absolutely no one addressed the core issue: the shocking lack of hygiene in the food they serve. This kind of negligence and avoidance is completely unacceptable. Think twice before visiting this place. Your health and safety are not their priority.

I love this store. Not just for the various sweets and savouries. But the staff are friendly. And all of them ( esp the ladies ) are very good at upselling. I have been a customer for very long and over did a review but decided i will do one — their sweets , fafda, kara sev are par excellence. But what takes the cake is their Special Madras Mixture. Superb. The way my mom used to make it.😋😋. And recently i bought paneer. Try it and you will buy again. Good store. And great service. On one forward day when all the staff were busy , the supervisor for up and helped me till a staff could take over. Recommend highly 👍
