Worst service ever . Delivery time as per the app and outlet 30 mins. But since 1 hr my order has not been delivered and the app is not having the option of order cancellation and while calling sector 30 outlet they are saying the order can not be cancelled and will be delivered in another 30 mins. Hingly unprofession and worst service ever
I placed an order with Pizza Wing more than 1 hour and 30 minutes ago, and the delivery rider has still not reached my location. Despite repeated follow-ups, I was given only excuses instead of a clear resolution. What is more disappointing is that the team is refusing to process a refund, even though the delay is entirely on their end. This experience reflects very poor service, lack of accountability, and disregard for customer time and money. I expected much better professionalism, especially when an order is delayed this long without delivery.
