I was having severe bleeding gums problem & Dr. Gaurav Gupta fixed my bleeding gums in a very easy manner. Just full mouth gum cleaning with latest machine which was very comfortable, and some medicines for applying on gums were given. Now I’ve healthy gums which doesn’t bleed at all, no more worry for anything. Nice work done & teeth cleaning with Dr. Gupta left them super clean and shiny. No pain, good tips for homecare were shared after the treatments.

The doctor is good and knowledgeable, but the experience with the staff is quite disappointing. Their behavior feels very unprofessional, almost like government office employees. They lack basic politeness while speaking to parents, which is especially important in a pediatric setup. Recently, they introduced app-based appointments, but unfortunately, these cannot be relied upon. Even with a confirmed appointment, you may be made to wait for over an hour without any proper explanation. The staff doesn’t feel it’s necessary to clarify delays to patients. If appointments are being scheduled by the clinic, it should be their responsibility to manage and adhere to them properly. Better communication and courtesy from the staff would greatly improve the overall experience.
