JW Marriott Hotel Pune

Recently stayed at JW Marriott Pune and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The property has a premium feel right from the entrance. The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Housekeeping did a good job maintaining everything neatly. The breakfast at Spice Kitchen was excellent with plenty of variety, and the staff across the hotel were generally polite and professional. However, there were a couple of small areas where I felt things could improve. During peak breakfast hours, the restaurant felt slightly crowded and service was a bit slower than expected. Also, check-in took a little longer than I would have liked, possibly due to rush hour. Nothing major, but at a luxury hotel, expectations are naturally higher. Overall though, the positives clearly outweighed the negatives. The comfort, food quality, safety and location make it a solid choice in Pune. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a delightful family stay. Among the many hotels in Pune, this property stands out for its warm and attentive hospitality. The pool was well maintained, with clear water and elegant blue tiles, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The room is not the newest, but it was well maintained and comfortable. And the bathtub was spacious enough for an adult to fully stretch their legs and relax. The lounge was especially enjoyable, with kind and attentive staff. Overall, we had a truly relaxing holiday. We sincerely appreciate the hospitality of the entire team. Special thanks to Mamta Joshi, who took great care of us—our children truly enjoyed the stay thanks to her. We also appreciate Ashish and Dyna at the lounge for their memorable service, as well as the chef and team at the Italian restaurant for their wonderful experience. Much appreciated.

We had a very pleasant stay at the JW Marriott. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and well organized. We had three rooms booked for a full week, and everything was handled smoothly. The housekeeping team truly stood out — special thanks to Sudhir Sardar, Santosh, and Roshan for their excellent service and attention to detail. The towel decorations were a lovely touch, and my niece and son were especially delighted by them. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service. We truly appreciated the hospitality and care shown throughout our visit.
