Took one of my relatives for the temporal bone scan. At the reception no one understood what is this scan about. They called someone then only it got confirmed. Since we reached there in the evening all The staffs were in relaxed mood and playing loud music in the TV which was bit of annoying. The center is nicely built and all the facilities are good and up market. It was neat and clean and did the job with care. The parking area is not ample, I had to park on the road side which was a disappointment. They gave us the film after half and hour and promised to send the report on whatspp the next day as it was already 7 PM. Next day I had to call them to get the reports. Overall experience was good.
