The food here is very delicious, especially the starters the prawns were amazing. The taste was excellent and full of authentic Kerala spices. The only thing is that the quantity felt a bit less, and the prices are on the higher side. But if you love Kerala-style spicy seafood, you’ll definitely enjoy this place. Overall, a great spot for flavorful seafood.
Absolutely loved the food at No.10 Fort Cochin!!! If you're looking for the best seafood in town, this place is unbeatable. The Anjal fish fry was perfectly spiced and cooked. the Khizi Parota was soft, with mouth watering prawns filling.. absolutely delicious, and the Prawns curry with appam was the absolute highlight, rich and flavourful. The service was quick, the staff were warm and recommended the best dishes and the overall experience felt like a true taste of Kerala. Highly recommend this place if you're craving hearty coastal food!
I visited Fort 10 Cochin for a Saturday brunch around 12:30–1 PM. The restaurant is located on the first floor along the main road, which makes it easy to spot, though parking for four-wheelers could be a challenge. I’m not sure if valet parking is available. The place was quite packed and bustling when we arrived, but thankfully we got a table within 10 minutes, which was reasonable given the crowd. We ordered squid pepper fry, chicken ghee roast, fish mango curry, Malabar parotta, and coconut pudding. I was especially excited to try the fish mango curry and chicken ghee roast, but unfortunately, they didn’t meet my expectations. I’ve definitely had better versions of both dishes elsewhere. One thing that stood out for me was that I felt quite bloated after the meal—possibly due to the oil or something in the preparation that didn’t sit well with me. It affected my appetite for the rest of the day. On a positive note, the coconut pudding was the highlight of the meal—absolutely delicious! I even got one packed to enjoy later. Overall, this was just my personal experience, and while the place has a lively vibe, the food didn’t quite work for me.
