Fabulous. They took care of my puppy baby Simba with so much care and compassion. the little one was hit by a car. And the clinic was just so very good. Many thanks to Dr Anna, Sunny and Chayan. 🙏🙏 I am so hopeful for the future.

I had a very good experience at Vetic. My Pomeranian got a teddy cut by Bidyut and I am very happy. He was very gentle and kind with my dog. He worked slowly and carefully. My dog felt safe and calm. The teddy cut looks very cute and neat. The fur is soft and nicely shaped. My Pomeranian looks like a small fluffy toy now. Thank you, Bidyut, for the lovely grooming. I will surely come again. 🐶✨

One of the worst veterinary experience i have ever experience. I booked an appointment under Dr. Imzamamul Haq, and when I arrived a completely different doctor was assigned to me, without any prior notice. Additionally the doctor right away refered me to tests worth 5k and when I asked if that was absolutely required he went on to point out how I my pet of is "uncared" for, in terms of uncleane ears and unbrushed teeth, despite the fact we're seeking treatment for a gynaecological problem. Then we proceeded onto the the blood tests and swab tests, and despite me telling my pet is old and not well, the staff constantly tried to force grooming services on us. Aditionally they recorded the wrong age and body weight in all the tests (for your ref, my cat is 10 years old they noted it as 6yrs). After a complete check up and two tests the doctor still couldn't determine what caused the issue and kept telling me to get my pet groomed? Aditionally not to mention the customer service from them. I have recieved over 5 spam calls on a weekday, which really makes you wonder how well the business is doing. I also tried buying the prescribed medicines from them and after the payment they cancelled my order, and I didn't really have a easy time getting a refund either. The only problem would be the support staff that helped me manage my senior cat during blood tests, while the doctor and billing staff tried to wrong out as much money. Basically I have spent over 3k in two days without recieving any solution or noticing any significant betterment in my pet's health. This place only caters to rich fancy grooming needs it's not a real clinic built for actually health issues. If you are someone who still buys huskies in 50°C cause they are "cute/aesthetic" then this place is perfect for you!
