I’m typing this in absolute distress. I got a nike limited edition shoe as a gift worth 12k. After a lot of contemplation, I gave it for cleaning and mentioned clearly that it is dry cleaning only as it has suede material in it. They didn’t do it for 10-12 days and when I got angry finally, in 1 hour they tried to clean it in a hurry and WASHED IT. The suede completely worn out and pink shoes have become completely grey. Looks dirtier than before. In many parts, the shoe material has been scrubbed off. When I spoke to the owner, he said I’ve sent pics of another shoe and claiming another shoe. Then he said he will collect the shoes and check it himself and did absolutely nothing about it. Please look at the shoes previously and now and please decide for yourself. I’ve added before and after. It’s a limited edition shoe which is close to my heart and I’m absolutely heartbroken how destroyed it is now. Not even a sorry from these guys. No acknowledgment of damage. If I could sue them I would, but of course now my only option is to sit with a ruined gift and wonder why I decided to trust these guys. Hope you guys see this review and think twice.

*Not Happy with the Service* I gave my silk saree to this shop for dry cleaning, but I was not happy with their work. Stains Still There: The stains on my saree were not cleaned. They are still on the fabric. Bad Ironing: The saree was also not ironed well. It looked wrinkled and sloppy. Very Disappointed: I expected better care for my silk saree. I am very disappointed. I do not recommend this shop for silk sarees or special clothes.
