They not interested in cats. They are more interested in dogs. Dr Gorhe doesn't himself looks into the matter, and their assistant looks into the patients. Unnecessary delay in treatment. Unable to catch the nerve. Won't recommend for cats.
I went to this clinic for the very first time. My cat had been down with severe viral infection and diarrhea, he hadn't eaten anything for days and wasn't even allowing anyone to touch him. However, the Doctors here were skilled and quick with the diagnosis as well as the treatments, they handle each pet with utmost love and care. The handling staff is very friendly and loving toward every single furry kiddo. To my immense surprise, they handled our aggressive male cat (who specifically hates other humans touching him) with precision and care, even managed to cool him down throughout the treatment. The place is clean, has ample parking and space to sit, strict hygiene is followed within the clinic. Highly recommended if you're looking for an affordable yet expert Vet for your furry baby! The staff, even the ladies at the reception were so warm and welcoming to each pet, they even went ahead and played around with a few dogs - just shows that the entire clinic is filled with people who genuinely love and care for animals.
Dr. Gorhe's Pet Clinic – Very Disappointing Front Desk Experience I visited this clinic today for my cat, who is already undergoing treatment for an ongoing medical issue. The clinic’s closing time is clearly mentioned as 8:30 PM, and I arrived at 8:20 PM, well within official working hours. Despite this, both receptionists behaved extremely rudely and continuously complained that they wanted to go home. I was made to feel unwelcome and uncomfortable for coming during clinic hours, even though my pet needed medical attention. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in a veterinary clinic. Pet owners often come in stressed and worried, and such lack of empathy and professionalism at the front desk is deeply concerning. If the staff are unwilling to attend patients until closing time, then the clinic should change its timings instead of treating clients disrespectfully. While doctors may be competent, the receptionist staff seriously damage the clinic’s reputation. Management needs to take strict action and ensure basic courtesy and professionalism.
