Very disappointed with the service. They were supposed to do a follow-up visit 15 days after the first treatment but never showed up. I called and was told someone would come at 12 PM on 14th Oct—no one came. I called again and was told I’d get a response in 5 minutes, but no one followed up. Eventually, someone showed up unannounced at 2:30 PM, which was not agreed upon. Highly unprofessional and unreliable. They make big promises initially but fail to deliver. Would not recommend.
