We friends went to Charminar to have Haleem in Shadab and then decided to have dinner too in the new place Aiwan-e-Khas By Shadab; It was a new place that opened and was an upscale restaurant by the Shadab group. We went here on March 11 2025 and I am once again sorry for the delay and will make sure this is not repeated ! I think everyone knows the location - Madina circle in Charminar area towards high court! Very very tricky parking and there is of course no valet service for help! You have to find street parking still further towards the high court and be very careful... these roads are crazy busy!! The entry is jam packed and it is to the side of the original Shadab...you can go upstairs via the small elevator but this helps for sure with kids and elders! There was a few mins wait but once we got seated, ordered the food and relishing the dishes...it was worth the wait! The ambience is pleasing and well done...it is a different world from the other Shadab... We ordered Haleem again, very less portion for the price. It was too good and smooth the it just slid down the throat...such great flavours and succulent the Haleem was! The stewardess suggested to try the Hari Mirch Ghost Fry which is basically mutton chops...out of the world taste...OMG... it literally felt ambrosial... we repeated the order and we realized we did not order the biryani yet and we all were already full and relished Shadab's exquisite dishes... We still ordered the mutton fry to share between the 4 of us and the sudden delightful dinner plan ended very well! Mutton was well flavored and delicate... I went back again with family and did repeat the same items literally and wife, son and daughter were too happy... No idea on the GST, Sorry!!! I will for sure go back again and again and I will strongly recommend you all to go and relish the food there and do not forget to add your pics/review so it is helpful for others!

I visited Aiwan-e-Khas by Shadab for the first time with my family. The ambience was nice and comfortable. We ordered Pathar ka Ghosh, Chicken 65, Apollo Fish, Shadab Special Chicken Biryani, and Shadab Special Mutton Biryani. The food was tasty, and the meat was well cooked. The dessert was okay. The staff was friendly and quick to respond to our requests. Overall, it’s a good place for starters and biryani, and I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys authentic biryani.

I went to this place with my family for the first time. The ambience is good. We ordered the following starters: veg manchurian, mutton seekh kebab, hari mirch ka gosht fry(ribs). Soups: lemon coriander soup and paya shorba. The mutton kebab was a standout. Really succulent and juicy. The ribs were good. In the main course, I tried the mutton dum biryani and veg biryani. The mutton biryani was lip smacking. However the veg biryani was veg pulao with matar! Few members were vegetarians so it was disappointing that they don't prepare veg biryani dum style. For dessert, I tried their khubani ka meetha. It was decent. Overall a very good dining experience.
