We booked for a Kerala trip and the overall experience with Trinity was awesome. The hotels, transportation arranged by them were excellent. They provided us with the best of hotels and rooms. The driver Jojo Varghese was very patient and helpful. Our tour manager Ms. Rutuja had in advanced provided us with all the links for online bookings at Periyar Tiger reserve, Eravikulam National Park, Kathakali and Kalaripayattu shows. These saved a lot of time. Everyday she would whatsapp us the daily schedule. Thank you Trinity for taking all the efforts so that we have a wonderful trip.
Just got done with a tour package all the way to Malaysia and Singapore. I was impressed the way Trinity staff was coordinating with us even after time difference between 2 countries. Special thanks to Ms Anisha and team in ensuring the tour was smooth and enjoyable. They provided 4 star rating hotels for stay which where in the city centre. The local representatives in Malaysia & Singapore were helpful by providing daily updates and with neatly maintained tourist vehicles. Thanks to the team at Trinity holidays for making our trip a memorable one.
