I recently stayed at Hotel Octave on Double Road with my family, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Finding a hotel that balances a central location with genuine comfort can be a challenge, but this property managed it effortlessly. Highlights of the Stay: Spacious & Thoughtful Design: The room was impressively large, providing more than enough breathing room for the whole family. It featured a comfortable bed, a functional writing desk, and a cozy couch—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Impeccable Maintenance: The entire space was clean, tidy, and well-organized. I particularly appreciated the storage options, which included a sideboard and a wardrobe equipped with a secure safe. Practical Amenities: A standout feature was the shower cubicle, which effectively kept the rest of the bathroom dry—a small but significant detail that elevated the daily routine. Exceptional Value: For a centrally located hotel, the pricing was very reasonable. You truly get premium utility without the inflated price tag. Service & Hospitality: The staff were consistently courteous and professional, ensuring our needs were met with a smile. Their hospitality significantly contributed to our overall satisfaction. Verdict: If you are looking for a well-maintained, spacious, and centrally located stay that won't break the bank, I definitely recommend Hotel Octave. We left feeling very satisfied with our choice.

Booked the room through an online platform and checked in at Octave Hotel recently. Unfortunately, the room condition was not satisfactory and appeared unclean and poorly maintained. Due to this, I had to check out immediately after check-in itself. I spoke with the reception team regarding the issue and was informed that refund options are limited for online bookings. However, the experience was disappointing, especially considering the basic expectations of cleanliness and maintenance from a hotel stay. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the room maintenance and customer experience in the future.

Disgusting & Unacceptable Absolutely horrible experience at Octave Double Road. We checked in at 11:15 pm with our 6-year-old child, only to be given a room infested with cockroaches and insects. When we complained, the receptionist showed us two more rooms and both were equally filthy, with cockroaches crawling around. This clearly shows zero hygiene standards and no room maintenance at all. Despite the unsafe and unhygienic conditions, the staff refused to provide a refund and showed complete lack of concern, even after seeing we had a small child. Their attitude was careless and irresponsible. This place is NOT FIT for families or even solo travelers. Dirty rooms, arrogant staff, no accountability. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
