Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Dr. Anitha. The behavior was rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. Instead of listening properly to the patient’s concerns, the consultation felt rushed and dismissive. There was no empathy, no clear explanation, and the attitude made us feel uncomfortable and ignored. For a doctor, basic kindness and patience are expected, but sadly that was completely missing here. We waited a long time only to receive poor communication and unsatisfactory treatment. I would never recommend Dr. Anitha to anyone after this terrible experience.

I had a disappointing experience at Lotus Diagnostic Centre during my first pregnancy scan. While I understand that certain procedures are medically necessary, I was not clearly informed in advance that the scan would be transvaginal. Although a consent form was signed, the nature of the procedure was not explained beforehand, and this came as an unexpected experience for me. As a first-time patient, I feel it would have helped to receive a brief explanation and reassurance before starting, so that I could feel more prepared and comfortable. Additionally, I was not given the opportunity to hear or record my baby’s heartbeat, which I understand is often allowed in many centres. This made the experience feel less fulfilling emotionally. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and helps improve communication and patient experience for others in the future.

​"Yesterday, we called the receptionist twice to book an appointment with Dr. Prabha Nambiar, but our calls went unanswered. We also requested a callback through the app, which we never received. We tried calling again this morning, but the line was busy, and no one attempted to return our call. ​We eventually reached a woman through a number on the website who informed us that all appointments were full and suggested we come in as a 'walk-in.' This is our second poor experience with your reception staff. We choose this clinic to save time, especially since my wife cannot sit for long periods. Given this level of service, we are reconsidering whether to continue coming to your clinic". Thanks
