Today was my 3rd visit, and I could see a drastic improvement in the overall management and patient flow. I met the doctor within just 15 minutes, and the entire experience was smooth and well-organized. The behaviour of the complete staff, including the front desk team, was warm, polite, and very professional. It’s truly appreciated when a clinic listens to patient feedback and works on improving the experience. Great job by the entire team!
