I recently got a HydraFacial at this clinic and had a really good experience. The staff was professional and explained each step of the process clearly. The treatment itself was relaxing, and my skin felt instantly hydrated and refreshed afterward. The clinic was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort. Would definitely consider going back for future treatments

I would like to write this review for the service that was provided by JP nagar Kosmoderma clinic, there was a lot of confusion with accommodating me and my request but eventually they figured it out and made sure my needs are met. Really appreciate that! I’m really thankful for Sudha who had to travel all the way from JP nagar branch to Whitefield just for my LHR procedure. Thank you so much!! She’s a really sweet, knowledgeable and made sure I feel comfortable first and then she explained everything thoroughly. All in all, they made sure I leave as a happy client.

Had my first session, and honestly, it didn’t start well. There was a lot of confusion around the payment process, which already made the experience a bit uncomfortable. But what concerned me more was what happened after the session. Post my first laser treatment, I’ve ended up with burns across my leg. The intensity used seemed low, so I’m not sure what went wrong. I went back to the clinic today, but even the doctor seemed unsure and mentioned multiple possible reasons instead of giving a clear explanation. When it comes to laser treatments.,especially on dusky skin., precision and understanding of skin type is extremely important. Walking out with burns is not something anyone should have to deal with. I’m hoping this is addressed properly and treated at the earliest. I’ve already committed to further sessions, so I really hope the experience improves from here.
