Staff is so arrogant and useless. Called them ten times and visited the store had to get one of the costliest products from their store but seems like staff is not at all interested in any customer. They behaved so rudely and were acting as if they are the kind of the world and there is no flower store. All ratings are fake. Worst branch of fnp. I am also raising a complaint to the fnp corporate, branches like this are ruining their name. Both these salesmen are super arrogant. They lost business and will continue to lose much more.
The cakes and gift items are amazing. The cakes were soft and fresh and with intense flavour. Loved it
Overall, a wonderful experience – I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future flower needs. Highly recommended! 🌷💐
