Room photos in MakeMyTrip might be years back. Actual rooms are very shady. Most of the equipment doesn't work. They don't even provide soap or bottled water, only water you get is from water purifier. I strongly won't recommend this place for families. It is best suited for bachelors and solo travellers. We booked suited room expecting better amenities, But the room is not even close to local lodges. Infact they maintain much better than these guys, the lighting is also intentionally kept to warm lights than brighter lights to make things look normal. If white lights were kept, the bedsheet might look yellow in colour.
I have stayed at this hotel several times. It’s a good budget option. I usually pay around ₹1.7k–₹2.5k per night depending on the prices. The rooms are decent, especially the ones with a big window facing the school garden. It’s a couple-friendly place. The building is a bit old and shows its age, but if you can compromise a little, it’s still a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient—just a few meters from Bund Garden Metro, and Koregaon Park is right behind the hotel. There’s also a small grocery store right next to the hotel if you need anything.
The photos in booking.com is atleast 15 yrs old. It's totally not upto the mark. Staff are polite and courteous but it's not worth staying. Disappointed with the pics online n actual place. Rating are hyped definitely or may be 10-12 yrs old. From road trip took a detour to stay at a nice place. But it wasn't worth it.. place seems to be falling apart.
