I recently visited Lotus Pavilion ITC Gardenia for dinner with my family to celebrate a special occasion. The food quality and taste were genuinely good, and the ambiance of the place is pleasant and well-maintained. We tried some of their signature dishes, including the French onion soup, Kara Bun Sliders 🍔 and Honey Lotus Stem, which were delicious and well-prepared. However, the overall experience was let down by the service. The wait time for food was extremely long, and there was hardly any staff attending to customers after placing the order. It felt like there was no one actively managing or caring for the dining experience. While the food and atmosphere are commendable, the service needs significant improvement to match the standards expected from a place like this.
We went to the Japanese restraunt inside Lotus Pavilion. The place quiet and ambience was quiet beautiful. The service was top knotch, waitress, chef and manager all were very sweet and informative. Coming to food Tempura, mushroom Ramen and Stir fry soba are must to have. Loved the experience.
A very hood hotel in the centre of Bangalore. The breakfast service is good however food quality could’ve been better. Both tea and filter coffee was not upto the mark.
