Dear Novotel Andheri Team, I recently stayed at your hotel with my family to celebrate my birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. Thank you for the lovely room decorations and the delicious cake; the personalized message was a thoughtful touch. Overall, we had an excellent stay. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and the entire staff was courteous and welcoming. We also enjoyed the Sunday Brunch at Food Exchange. The spread was impressive, and the service was top-notch. I would like to specifically thank Vinayak and Tamal for their excellent service during brunch, as well as Manasvi, Mrunal, and Suyog at the front desk for their assistance. We look forward to our next stay at Novotel Andheri.

Had a really pleasant stay at Novotel. The staff truly made the experience memorable. A special mention to Harsh, the helper, for being extremely supportive and courteous throughout the stay, his assistance made things very smooth. Also, Sahil at the reception was professional, polite, and efficient, ensuring a seamless check-in experience. The food was excellent, and the overall service quality was outstanding. Great hospitality, comfortable stay, and well-maintained property. Would definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again! ✨

My complete experience was so good, the food, the hospitality and more, specially the reception team, Mr. Shubham Miss Mrunal Miss Manasvi And complete team was so caring that took care that when you’re travelling with family, you get the rooms nearby. They take care of the oldest people as well. So everything was so convenient and so less we love the property. We love the hospitality.
