Very nice after sale services provided by LivSpace. It’s been 3 years they delivered my kitchen project, I had some alignment issues, so I raised a service visit request. They aligned a team promptly and provided seamless services. Rahul Sharma visited and fixed all my kitchen alignment issues, replaced hinges which had soft close issues, fixed rolling shutter issues, etc.. He is very kind and professional. I find him more mature and better listener than seniors at times. Good job done Rahul and Team.

I’m fortunate that I only entrusted them with my modular kitchen. Imagine if I had given them the entire apartment project; I would have suffered severe health issues. The initial stages, including the showroom, design team, and payment, were all smooth sailing. But once the payment was made, the nightmare began. Here comes the PROJECT MANAGER - WHO NEVER VISITED THE PROJECT AFTER COMPLETION At the time of installing the kitchen cabinets, they discovered that they needed to install plywood to support the cabinets, which we had paid extra for. To our surprise, they simply installed regular plywood that wasn’t even laminated. This spoiled the aesthetic appeal of the project. The chimney and panels were installed without proper measurements, resulting in visible gaps. The cabinets were dirty and messy, and they used some kind of chemical cleaner that left a strong odor in the house. Overall, it was a very unprofessional experience. Although they completed the project and I had to compromise due to time constraints, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I would like to share my positive experience with Livspace and their team for a kitchen renovation that was executed in 2022. From the initial design stage to the final execution, the entire process was handled very professionally. The design team did an excellent job in understanding our requirements and translating them into a practical and aesthetically pleasing design. The layouts were thoughtful, the storage solutions were well planned, and the overall finish of the interiors turned out exactly as we had hoped. Another aspect that stood out was the prompt execution of the project. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the coordination between the design and execution teams ensured that the process was smooth and well managed. Even after the project was completed, the service support has been very reliable. Whenever we have raised requests within the warranty period, the Livspace team has been responsive and quick to address the issues. Their willingness to assist even after handover reflects their commitment to customer satisfaction. I would especially want to thank Mr. Shubham Sonawane for his prompt responses in this matter. Overall, we are very satisfied with the quality of design, the efficiency of execution, and the continued service support provided by Livspace. It has been a pleasant experience working with them, and we would be happy to recommend their services to others looking for well-designed and professionally executed home interiors.
