Worst hotel experience ever. This place has zero understanding of hospitality. They do not allow room delivery and force guests to come down in the middle of the night to collect parcels, even when you’re exhausted. We were treated more like hostel residents than paying hotel guests. No empathy, no flexibility, no basic courtesy. If you’re tired, sick, traveling with family, or expecting comfort — avoid this hotel at all costs. Policies here are designed for staff convenience, not guest comfort. Completely ruined our stay.

Very disappointing experience. The hotel does not allow outside food delivery and forces guests to buy hotel food at extremely high prices. Delivery boys are not permitted to come to the room, and shockingly, hotel staff also refuse to assist with delivery. Guests are asked to come down themselves to collect deliveries or important items, which causes unnecessary inconvenience and discomfort—especially for tired travelers, families, or unwell guests. This policy is not guest-friendly and creates avoidable trouble. Such restrictions should be clearly informed before booking. Overall, this ruined the stay experience. Would not recommend.

This could be the worst place to live .. Sort of staff No regular room service (you have call them every day for room service ) Very worst condition of bedsheet Recently they change the delivery service till room ,they don't allow zepto,zomato, swigy ...even they don't allow medicine ,amazon...etc They don't allow medicine (they want to mentally harassment to people ) Don't choose any service from these people There Recently open kitchen price is super expensive.... Overnight they change the tea price from 30 to 80 rupee.. Don't choose this hotel Don't choose this for medical stay for long run .
