Despite my email trail, today also. Your 100feet Chattarpur branch New Delhi has denied the fact of grooming for my indie cat once again. And you guys are assuring me that we consider all pets in your organisation. Shame on you all and shame on such double standard brand for pets. Highly unprofessional and disgusting.
