Extremely Disappointed – Ruined My Special Day I ordered a cake for my roka ceremony and was very specific about the design, color, and topper. I requested multiple times to share pictures of the cake before sending it. The design was wrong, the color was off, and even the cake topper was incorrect. When I reached out to address the issue, instead of acknowledging their mistake, the staff began arguing and insisted that the cake was correct. The person I spoke to was extremely rude and even used abusive language. I was shocked and deeply hurt, especially because this was for such an important occasion. I asked for a refund which they refused to give. This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable service, especially for important events. I’m attaching the pictures pf the cake that I wanted (which they told me that I would get exactly same) and the cake which they made.
