I had a very disappointing experience with this laundry service. They didn’t even bother to wash the clothes properly — it was clear that they directly ironed them without any cleaning. When I noticed this and politely asked about it, the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of resolving the issue, they started arguing and refused to take any responsibility for their poor service. The clothes still had stains and a bad smell, which clearly showed they weren’t washed at all. For the price they charge, I expected at least basic hygiene and customer respect. I would strongly advise others not to use this service. It’s a complete waste of money and time. Very poor quality and terrible customer behavior. Definitely not recommended.
Very bad experience of the service: people were fine in behavior and timely service and all I gave sherwani with golden work on it with smooth silk finish and specifically gave for dry cleaning as it will loose color if washed. after delivery it had lost all it color and cloth feels so rough and cannot be worn for the wedding and ended up wasting 20k+ sherwani. would never go back to them with expensive clothing.
Veryy rude behaviour by the owner, was not listening to the instructions, and was also throwing attitude on customer's face. When I was giving instructions he didn't even bother to listen to me and just asked me to get lost. Definitely NOT RECOMMEND
