Looking at the reviews this time we opted this laundry service, We have given a bulk order which included 19 items (dry clean and iron) on 16th November. The person who came to collect didn't even bother to check the condition of the items, he just said will check during the process. And not even brought the bill book. Has I'm giving goods worth 60k above ( which included two pure mysore silk saree) for safer side I have taken the picture of the person and items. His words and attitude made me to trust the person. Just in 2 and hours of the pickup I got the bill in WhatsApp. That time i didn't realise that the bill didn't has any details about the laundry name or other credentials. It was just a cash memo in my name no details of the laundry. Just within four days we got our delivery at our doorstep that is on 20th November. To my shock all dry cleaned and ironed sarees were full on dust inside here and there. We thought to check only one saree but when we noticed such default in the service, we asked the lady to open and show all Sarees in detail. Including Mysore silk saree all other silk sarees found the same issue. It made me to raise my voice on the service fault, then the lady accepted that dry cleaning is done by them and ironing is by other service vendor, so she said may be it's there mistake. I was totally disappointed with the service, has worst experience with this laundry. And even the dry cleaning was not properly done, none of the stains were removed, after asking the lady said it can not be guaranteed. When i questioned of food stains and dust she was completely silent, later she replied she will do it again for all sarees. Looking at the service my mother didn't allow me to trust the service and give costly saree again to them. As one silk saree of less cost (with Major fault) has returned to service again ( yet to collect). They might be good at work for single order but in my case it's not proofed for bulk order. Timely delivery, very prompt! They worked at night to deliver my stuff on time! I had given my garments for dry cleaning and ironing at 6:30 in the evening and I requested them to give it to me by 2 at least the next day! They called me at around 9:30 in the morning informing my clothes were dry cleaned and ironed! Very good service! Highly recommend

Dry cleaning and stain removal were done extremely neat and tidy, much better than I had expected. The clothes came back looking fresh and well cared for. Delivery was also completed within the promised time. Very satisfied with the service. Highly recommend Laundry for their professionalism and quality work.
