Today, the doctor spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful tone. I have been taking my pet to him for more than 5 years, but suddenly his attitude completely changed. He refused to properly see or treat my pet, which was very disappointing and upsetting. Instead of showing care and responsibility, his behavior felt greedy and unprofessional. A doctor who cannot handle a situation calmly should not blame or disrespect a pet parent. I did not expect this kind of treatment after being a loyal client for so many years. Hate this clinic
i had a terrible experience at this clinic. The staff seemed completely untrained and unsure of what they were doing, and the doctor was careless and unresponsive. My friend’s cat was being treated here for jaundice, and within days of the treatment, he passed away. The team showed no urgency or proper understanding of the situation, it was clear they were guessing rather than diagnosing correctly. Their handling of the case was extremely irresponsible, and the lack of skill and compassion is shocking. Please be cautious and think twice before bringing your pet here. The wrong treatment can cost a life and sadly, that’s exactly what happened in this case.
