SHAME ON YOU DR SHIVANI. I had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience with Dr. Shivani at Anaya Diagnostic. This is my genuine review. Her behavior was shockingly unprofessional and extremely rude. I went in for a TVS, and the very first thing she told me was to come out without any coverage, in a very casual and insensitive manner- as if patient dignity doesn’t matter. There was no clothes given to cover yourself. Not everyone is comfortable being exposed like that, and a doctor should understand and respect that. Worst part is still left- Without any warning or explanation, SHE INSERTED THE EQUIPMENT ABRUPTLY CAUSING UNBEARABLE abdominal pain and severe discomfort. This is not how a TVS should be conducted. A basic level of professionalism requires informing the patient before proceeding - we are human beings, not objects to be handled carelessly. When I expressed that I was in pain, instead of being empathetic, she became rude. The entire procedure was rushed and finished within a minute, with no proper explanation whatsoever. To make matters worse, she asked for my LMP date, which I clearly told her, yet she entered it incorrectly and then started shouting at me, accusing me of not remembering my own dates. This was an extremely distressing and humiliating experience. I STRONGLY advise others to avoid this place. I HAVE NEVER MET A DOCTOR WHO IS THIS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL IN MY LIFE. To reply on the your below comment for my review: Madam, Firstly, I have no “personal frustration” to vent. I shared my experience exactly as it happened. If every negative review is labeled as a “tantrum,” then perhaps the issue is not with the patient but with how you handle criticism. Regarding the appointment -we did call your staff and were given a 2 PM slot. We have the call records to prove it. We arrived accordingly. There were hardly two patients present, and we did not demand to be sent in early - your attendant himself directed me inside. Secondly, I clearly asked twice for a covering cloth before stepping out, and you denied it, saying, “You can come outside like that only, there is no one.” These were your exact words. Patient dignity is not optional and certainly not at the doctor’s convenience. Instead of attacking my character, you should focus on your conduct. Also, it is very obvious that after every negative review, a string of positive reviews suddenly appears. Anyone can see the pattern. We paid for a professional service. We are not your relatives to tolerate dismissive behavior. Do not shift blame onto patients to protect your image. If multiple people are reporting similar issues, the problem is clearly not the patients - it is you.

Dr Shivani is very polite and nice doctor with very good behavior towards patient I personally had very nice experience of meeting her and getting g my scan done She was very nice Her reports are up to the mark The staff were very helpful and prompt Very nice centre
